Impact Reporting Training Program for Grantees

This 10-week facilitated training course builds grantees' capacities on data analysis for impact reporting and communication in an interactive and engaging way. At the end of the program, each grantee will have their own impact report to share.  

Who is this for: For grantees that have a dedicated MEL framework, like a theory of change or logframe metrics and data they need to analyze on an annual basis, this training program is for them. Grantees will add their data to ImpactMapper and analyze it for an annual impact report.

3-Month Training and Consulting Support for Grantees on Impact Tracking

LENGTH: 3 MONTHS

This in-depth training program gives grantees support in starting to systemize their data collection and their Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) processes.

The focus of each month’s activities is the following:

  • Month 1: Current State of Data and Goals for the Organization and Tracking System Tips for Optimization
  • Month 2: Updating your MEL Framework and Metrics
  • Month 3: Tips for Analyzing Quantitative Data and Qualitative Data Aligned with your Impact
Each month includes:
1.5 hour group workshop with resources
Two 30-minute meetings with the IM team
2 hours of dedicated consulting and feedback from the IM team a month and feedback on the outputs they prepare for that month.
